Hi to all

I have a new computer and I would like to transfer my favourites from the back up disc from my old computer to favourites on my new computer if its possible. 

Also I would like to transfer my address contacts from Hotmail to Outlook Express if I can thanks so much to those who reply.

Not sure about the hotmail addresses - its web based so i dont think you can. As for you Internet Faves, put them in the favourites folder in My Computer, C:, Documents and Settings, User Name. The favourites folder is star shaped on XP.

In Internet Explorer there is an Import/Export tool under the `file' heading.Simply export your favourites to a floppy disk on your old PC and import from this onto your new PC. If you no longer have the old PC you should be able to import from your back-up disk in the same manner.

Use http://www.SaveLinks.co.uk or one of the others online instead... it is safer.
