Not much in it these days and most manufacturers are quoting about 100,00 hours for both.

so even if you watched modern TVs for 8hours every day the screens would last about 20years, so longer than your likely to keep it

2nd or 3rd generation LED TV displays "may" become the longest lasting ever .. unless the manufacturers start building in failure, like they started doing with refridgerators in the 70's.
Buy a good plasma .. The power supply board will go before the screen tho.

They all have the same "gumpf" inside them, just make sure you get a guarantee
