just a quick one with probably a simple answer, just not worked it out myself yet, if i want to put a picture into an e mail (outlook express) when i copy and paste direct it automatically puts it as an atachment. If i copy and paste to a word document then recopy and paste to the e mail it appears as the actual picture....which is what i want.
any easier way of doing it ?

Is there an "insert" command? Sorry I've not used outlook for years.

It doesn't matter how you do it, how the recipient sees it depends on how they have their end setup anyhow.
