Hi AIB you quickly sorted my "M" for Mozilla problem but it keeps recurring and I have to go through the whole procedure all over again.\it's not every time though and not really too much trouble any ideas please?????? Thanks!!!

Hi there ..
What Windows version and browser are you using?
What actually do you have to do to get the icon back on the toolbar?
The M icon .. What actually happens when you can click it normally? Web link to email? .. or opens a program on your PC?

1) I use Vista and Mozilla firefox.
2) Open up View>Options>drag Mozilla icon onto the toolbar. 3) When I click on it I go straight to my GoogleMail.Thanks again for your interest!!!!

and it's not saving the setting after restart of Firefox at all?
Have you a View/Toolbar/Customise box? (or R Click on Toolbar and Customise)
Try dragging icon from that panel and restart to check.

The saving is not constant.When I go the View>Toolbar>Customise route,you don't get the choice to save but only tick on the "DONE" box,assuming that's the same.I've now done your second suggestion but I might have to wait awhile to see if that works.Thanks again AIB.I'm happy with things as they are at least I can retrieve it now!!
