Hi when i go onto facebook my instant chat works perfectly well apart from one person it just says error occured and i cant chat
i have run all the virus check programmes i can think of
its weird it works on everyone else apart from one person
please help thanks x

I can't help with your problem zzxxee except to tell you that my daughter is having similar problems with her FB chat.
