Best £400 laptop?

Hi All
Sorry, I know I asked this last week but I still have not found a ideal laptop and with deals changing all the time I was wondering if anyone has spotted a decent laptop for £400 or under.
I'm thinking the best spec for the money ie hard drive, processor and memory. Ideally it has a web cam also for Skype.

Toshiba Sattelite from Currys looks reasonable at £349.

Just had a quick look and the only thing missing is the cam, which is a bit of a b ummer!
