Can anyone help please? When I plug the cable to the USB Port, and install the relevant CD, the error message appears "Unable to connect to PDA". Have tried the usual switch off p.c.. Have uninstalled software and reinstalled. Short of throwing it through the window does anyone have an experience of this problem? Many thanks

What O/S you using, XP, Vista or Windows 7?
What are you trying to install from the CD, software or drivers?
I've got an IPAQ 114 and my pc has installed the the drivers without using the CD and from all O/S above.
If you want to 'sync' your pc with the PDA, you need to download and install Windows Mobile Device Center from Microsoft.com. But make sure you get the one specific to your O/S
