I have a Lexmark Z705 printer and for some reason it has stopped printing colours. Its prints in black with no problem but I get no colour coming through. I have done all the obvious checks (changed to new cartridge, cleaned nozzles etc) but still can figure it out. Could anyone help me please?

Have you done a windows test page (print test page from the properties of the printer)? Have you done a test page just using the buttons on the printer (ie not through a windows command)? If any of these print colour then you may be printing in black and white (grey scale) through Windows. If the test prints are printing only in black and white then I suspect the printer is faulty. Have you used the printer manager software when you changed the cartridge? It may think there is an old cartridge in the printer despite it being new.
