email templates...how to install them...?

I have webplus X2, which provides customisable email templates.

I have designed one of these, but now im stuck as to how to insert it into my email package and make it stay there - appearing in every email i write...

the webplus seems to say that i can send it as an email directly from the software - but i have to be using microsoft outlook - but im not using that and dont want to...i am using hotmail.

is there a wait i can insert this template into my hotmail emails - without having to do it manually every time?
