On Ebay, if someone have given me feedback as a purchaser, am I able to view their comments about me?

Yes.  There are several ways.  From your "My Ebay" page go to "selling" and click on the number next to there name, it will show a list of all feedback they have received.  From there you should see a tab which says "show feedback left for others".  It also works the other way round.  Go to your Ebay page and click the number next to your name, all comments and feedback will be there.  I hope this makes sense.
