Hi,

How can I download some MSN clips best, without quality loss? I would like to also convert them into more usual formats like MP4. I am looking for a downloader and converter so I can use the downloaded videos on my cell phone or MP3 player as well. There are many solutions but not being that experienced I don't know what exactly to look for. There are many freeware tools as well as demo and full version software... Naturally, I would prefer freeware, but on the other hand, I really don't want to lose any time with unreliable softs.
Can anybody help, give some advice or tips on good software for RTMP-E, flv, avi download and conversion?

Download MSN videos? Never tried that and anyways I am not sure if that is possible. I guess one thing you can try if you want to save MSN videos is to look for the videos in the temporary folder. I remember that this worked some time ago if one wanted to save YouTube videos by example. When a video is played online on your pc there is also a copy saved in your temporary files folder of your pc.So all you had to do is find the temporary files and that certain video you wanted to save, copy it to another location and I think rename it to .flv. Of course this used to work for YouTube as I already said so I am not sure if this method also works to download MSN videos.
But you can give it a try, who knows maybe it works.
Hello, I personally recommend you this freeware program called FLV to MP4 Converter http://convertflvtomp4.org/ It can download online videos onto your computer as mp4 files. It's free, totally easy to use and the quality of videos remains the same.
