Running out of airwaves?

Hi, the radio spectrum is huge, and technology allows us to use all of it, however most sections require licences to use, and the licence only allows a certain part of the frequency to be used so companies literaly run out of space.
There are sections that require no licence, like Wi-Fi computer networks, security cameras and microwave ovens (2.4Ghz) and CB radio (corr, remember that?)on 28mhz.
It's as simple as that (not)!
