This laptop is not going to desktop .When the password is insered he laptop goes to Welcome but does not move from there . I pressed Control Alt Delete then it takes me to a page which has highlighted Lock this computer ,with a list of other options .If I then press cancel the laptop goes to desktop and then works fine .It closes down ok .I have not intentionally locked the computer could I have doe this without knowing it Any ideas ?
