My computer seems to prefer to give me American sites when I google any question in. Is there a way for me to request UK sites first. Thanks - am not a whizz kid on the computer so would appreciate a simple explanation. Many thanks

It gives the option at the top of the page.Choose UK only

make sure you're using www.google.co.uk for UK searches, .ie for Ireland etc. The .com version will show US searches first
