Does anyone know whether a radio controlled clock purchased in the UK will work in Europe. The time signal comes from Rugby but I have heard that there is a similar signal from Frankfurt. Are they compatible?

They're not usually compatible as such, however you can usually get round it by using the "Travel" setting. For instance, I bought a radio controlled clock in Germany which corrects itself every hour to the time in Frankfurt. When I moved back to England, obviously the time was one hour too fast. But if I press and hold down the "Down" key, it will knock one hour off the time it receives from Frankfurt, so that it shows the correct time in the UK. You can add hours or subtract hours depending on which time zone you're in.
