Incredimail

I am using Incredimail 2.0 which I find quite good, just one small query that I need to sort out.
It connects with my googlemail account without trouble, however upon opening Incredimail I get an annoying popup which states 'Failed to connect to the incoming server Pop Googlemail.com, Please try again later'
when in fact it has already connected. Does anyone know how to correct this ? TIA.

i downloaded incred
i can send an email from incred to my talktalk email account
but how do i use in cred for my emails
a bit of a puzzle to me

do you have incredimail XE? if you have you can ask for help on their help line. I have not downloaded incredimail 2 yet as it is not compatible with Xe. however, they are working on a version suitable for Xe.
