What images?
The quality of images on your computer is not affected in any way by the internet connection - be dongle, wifi or cable.
Not quite true!

A lot of the mobile dongles will attempt to speed up the internet access you get by a few means, one of this is by lowering the quality of images to make them smaller, hence quicker to download and saving bandwidth.

look In your connection software you should have a tools menu? Click on that, then go to options and then optimization?

You can change this up and down. the higher you set it, the worse the images will look, the lower - the better.
I found dongles to be pretty useless. I could rarely make a connection let alone see any images. It depends on the strength of the signal in your area, but if you do manage to connect the quality of the image is largely down to device you are using .
