This is from memory but it's how mine's set up...........Providing both your video & TV have two scart connectors it should go - Digibox to video (scart 1), DVD to video (scart 2). Video (scart 1) to TV (scart 1). Video (scart 2) to TV (scart 2). Rooftop arial to video in,  video out to TV arial input. This will allow you to toggle between Digibox, video, and DVD using the "Video" (or equivalent) button on your remote. If you want to tape a Sky programme, set your "video-input"(there should be some equivalent on your remote) to record "Line-1" (or equivalent), to tape DVD set to "Line-2" (or equivalent), to tape terrestrial TV set video input back to normal...........that ended up sounding a lot more complex than it is, hope it helps.

You could try:

Scart lead out from Digibox to DVD, then scart lead out from DVD to Video and then scart lead out from Video to TV.  That's assuming that the DVD and Video have to Scart leads.

Also could try:

Scart from Digibox to Video then scart from Video to TV and seperatly have the scart from DVD to TV.

It depends on how many scart sockets each unit has and what you want to do with them (record Digibox to video, record dvd to video etc).
