I'm trying to download some files to my phone but I keep getting a message saying that it is connected in a non-compatable USB mode. Can anyone advise what this means please as I've connected it up in the normal way without a USB hub? Also a message appears saying that the memory card is in use by another application. Any help with that one too? Thanks in advance.
