Toshiba systems restore disk

I just spent 20 mins on the phone with the currys "whatever happens" people because my laptop has LOADS of things wrong with it, it needs to go for repairs but they think their magical and doing it over the phone will fix it...which it didn't.
Anyway after that failed they asked for the restore disk which I couldnt find so he said find it and call back. I can't be bothered finding the disk it's somewhere just don't know where!!
Anyway because its a recon laptop I don't think they'll fix it and will prob just give vouchers (thats what the small print says)
So what shall I do?

I was thinking of causing some physical damage like a big crack in the screen, then they'll stop messing around with all this phone business won't they?
