Uploading facebook photos - why are some small?

I have just uploaded loads of photos onto my facebook profile. Out of the 27 photos, 10 have come out small, even when you click on them they don't go to full-size. All the other 17 are full-size. What have I done wrong? What can I do to enlarge them (have tried to 'edit' but cannot edit size.

Would someone kindly explain this
