Can't upload pics to my MSN profile Help me please!!

Hi everyone

For a while now, i have been trying to upload my pics onto my MSN profile. However, it wont even let me upload small files like jpegs. Is it my computer's internet settings or just MSN being inconvienient? Its been troubling me for ages now. the popup comes up, but after a while, it times out and comes up with a message saying "Sorry, this feature of MSN is temporarily unavailable" Its benn like that for ages. someone please help me out here!
