Converting an mp4 to an mp3

I downloaded a video from You Tube and I want to convert it from an mp4 to an mp3 so I can transfer it to iTunes on my laptop and then burn it onto a cd.

It's not actually a video,it's a track of music called Billy Porter by Mick Ronson and it just features a "still" of Mick with a guitar.

I've downloaded a couple of programmes which covert mp4's to mp3's,and they are supposed to be free for 14 days but they only convert the first 3 minutes,anything longer than 3 minutes you have to pay around �15,which is a bit steep for just the 1 conversion that I want to do.

Can anyone suggest anything cheaper or even free.
