What is the name of the unit that seconds are sub-divided into on 'Google Earth'?

it's not a separate unit.

if you notice the " symbol (for seconds) is after the 2 decimal places.

It just (for example) 32.67 seconds

Thanks, CF. I see that now; and each second is divided into 99 units.

They are not separate units. They are just hundredths of seconds.

And thanks to you, mm. I mentioned 99: never thought of the extra one to make it up to the next second.
