How can I open emails as HTML so that I can view them??

Is there a way that I can convert emails which contain only text and hyperlinks to ones that I can read (with proper graphics etc). This problem only seems to happen with one sender's emails, and I would like to be able to see them properly, download coupons etc from them. Your suggestions appreciated please.
