wsvc.exe

i have this process (wsvc.exe) running and can't turn it off or find out what it is. i have run spyware and adaware, they came up with nothing. does anyone have any idea what it is and/or how i get rid of it?

iv not heard of this one. googling wsvc.exe bring up garbage. Usually, a legit .exe will show results and explain what it does, ie spoolsv.exe . if i were you,  start up in safe mode, do your spyware checks AND an up to date virus scan. I think that sounds a bit on the dodgy side...
