ricoh laser printer help please

we have just bought a fab colour printer for our pre-school. When i try to print photos from the camera we use, it just won't do it!
It will print everything else beautifully though!
Also, when i looked in properties to try and sort it, half of the tabs are in a foreign language - although my settings are set to english!
Has anyone any advice?

I've just googled fab colour printer support ... and for some reason got no links

how about .... in your next reply include some details ... make model, that sort of thing

sorry, i did put ricoh in the title!
the model is SPC220N

I think it's called photo wizard.

I'll get some other details at work. just off now....

photo wizard ... lol must be because it makes them disappear

Have you tried downloading your pictures to your computer first rather than trying to print them straight from the camera?

yeah, we tried that, it still didn't work.

It's sorted now though. It was the ulead photo wizard that the printer just did not like for some reason. Anyway, we have taken that off and are using good old picassa 3.
