Microsoft Word Templates Toolbar?

I've been writing a script using a Scriptsmart template which I downloaded from the bbc writersroom site. There's usually a toolbar type thing at the top of the page which has a dropdown menu so I can change the layout of each line to conform to the layout of a script. I've had no problems up til now, but the toolbar has just mysteriously disappeared and I have no idea how to get it back. I've tried going o View and clicking toolbars and checking all of those but it's on there. Does anyone know how to solve this?
