Well you could put in ONE memory stick, copy the files to your hard disk, then plug in the other memory stick, and then copy the files from hard disk to your other memory stick.

But I should imagine if you plug in BOTH memory sticks one will be one drive leter (say E:) and the other would be say drive F:.

You could then open My Computer and double click on the icon for each memory stick so they are displayed side by side. Then "drag" (holding down the right mouse button) the files from one folder to the other and choosing copy.

This picture gives you the idea

The window on the left is one memory stick, the window on the right the other memory stick.
Another way to do it is to first get the two "windows" side by side for each memory stick (like in the picture in my other apend).

Then in the first window select menu "Edit" then option "Select all". This selects ALL the files.

Then select menu "Edit" then option "Copy". This does not seem to do anything but in fact it copies all the files to the clipboard.

Now in the OTHER windows select the "Edit" menu then option "Paste" . This will then copy the files from one memory stick to the other.

The above process copies ALL the files (and folders and all files IN those folders).

You can of course copy one or more selected files or one or more selected folders by just selecting the individual files or folders you want to copy (instead of Select all) BEFORE selecting Edit then Copy.
select all, right click, select send to and then the letter of the other stick would be even easier.

are these USB memory sticks BTW?

if not you'll need two card readers as well unless you do it via the hard drive (as in VHG's first post)
