Hi
You helped me with a problem with my PC the other day: http://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/Technology/Comp uters/Question725557.html
I had to call out a guy to fix the computer and he says that he is going to reinstall windows. Thankfully I have a back up of most of the important stuff.
When he picked the hard drive up I saw that all the vents in the back were full of cat hair - don't suppose that helped the situation at all.
