Does anyone know where i can buy a copy a recent version (22 or 23) of the Gold or Platinum edition of Sierra Print Artist in the UK or EU?

The USA taxes/custom charges make the purchase from there prohibitive.

if the usa charges the tax than uk and EU also charge the tax for the purchase of the artist of sierra
