Does anyone knowhow I can connect my pc to an LG32LCDB television in order that I can use the tv as a screen for my pc?

Well if you have a monitor socket on the back, you plug it in and choose that input on your tv menu.

If you haven't, you can't.

you want a new adaptor to connect the cpu into the television

otherwise you can not connect the tv into the pc.
