I have shows and cartoons on dvd and want a site to search these to see if they are in the public domain or not.

So i can search a tv show that was on tv but has never been released on any format or repeated on tv again.This is so i can see if anyone own copyright on the show or if it has slipped into public domain.

I think copywrite is either 50 or 75 years - so unless it's on a PBS chanel ... the answer isgoing to be no
