My Toshiba has just been fixed and restored to factory settings. However I can't seem to use the usual buttons for the volume. I've always held down 'FN' and used the arrow buttons and this no longer works. Does anyone know if I need to download anything once its been restored to original settings? I'm clueless!!

Thankyou!

that doesn't seem to be a proper toshiba model number/

You need to goto http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/tais/suppor t/jsp/home.jsp?nav=Product%20Support

and download the correct driver... probably be called keyboard or hot key driver/
Actually..... thinking about it if the people that, I presume, you paid to restore it back to factory take it back and insist they complete the job properly and install all the correct drivers!

if they have missed the hot key drivers they have probably missed others as well!
