Everytime I load flashplayer it works fine ubtil the next time !!, the I have to delete it and download it again, help !!!!

Which web browser do you use?
By "next time" do you mean the next time you start Internet Explorer or the next page you visit?
Why do you have to delete it?
How do you delete it?
In Internet Explorer try going to Tools -> Manage Add-ons. Under "Adobe Systems Incorporated" find "Shockwave Flash Object" and check it says "Enabled".
