Mobile Broadband in Europe

I am shortly to be assigned to work in Austria and was thinking of taking a lap top with mobile broadband with me so I get a seamless service UK & Europe.
Does anyne know whether a UK soursed system will work in Austria? Will I be able to use I player etc.

A uk mobile broadband would probably work in Europe but would be expensive, you'd be better off finding one based in the country you are going to.

And I-player will not work if you are outside the UK
