Sound from laptop to tv

Hi all,

I've managed to get the picture from my laptop to my tv (using the 15 pin pug/lead) but obviously no sound.

I have a audio/scart lead which i thought would do it, from the headphone socket in the laptop to the scart in the tv, but no luck

Does anyone have any idea's??

the scart and the PC inputs are different chanels, you will have another sound input for the PC channel which will either be two phono sockets (the red and white round ones) or a 3.5mm jack (the same as the laptop headphone socket) you need to get the correct lead for whichever socket your TV has. they only cost a few quid.
