Apart from usingRecovery Disk is there any way a Hard Drive can be cleared quickly? Thank You for any replies.

Depends what you want to do.
Why do you want to clear your hard disk ?
If you want to clear the hard disk before selling it then this product will do it, DBAN (it is not quick but it will do it):

If it is not that, why do you want to do it, for a reinstall of Windows perhaps?
