how the hell do i delete tracks from my i touch its driving me mad

im sure you have to sync it with itunes then untick the songs in the list that you want to remove from your itouch.
you cant, once they are on that is it.....you have to be carful with what you put on as once it is on, its on there forever......

apple has been widely criticised for this....
You have to delete them from your library on your computer and then sync you iPod Touch.

If you want to keep the track rather than deleting them permanently, you can just untick the tracks you do not want copied over to your iPod, going into iTunes Preferences, and in Devices, Click on 'Disable automatic syncing'.

When you connect your iPod, click on the Music tab and tick 'Sync only checked songs'. Only those songs will go to your iPod, but you have not deleted them forever, they are still in your library.
