Really? I was about to answer "no". Siamese twins start off as identical twins that don't fully separate - i.e., they are from one egg and one sperm, and they have the same genes. So (I'm fairly certain) they are always the same sex. Greedyfly, do you know something I don't know?

No - is impossible as siamese twins are always identical for the reason that zgma stated - and identical twins can't be different genders
