Can I buy it?

On the top right of the page you linked to, it says it is powered by Ceros

That's lots of info on google about it - I suspect it is very expensive

I must admit that I thought that Ceros was the name of the company who published to newsletter.

Do you know of any software that is available that will allow me to do this type of publication?

If you want to pay somebody to do it, expect a bill of at least �100.

If you want to do it yourself that website is extremely ambitious for a novice web designer. There are tools you can incorporate into a plainer and simpler web page, but of course each tool will have its advertising logo.

Dreamweaver is popular but is still very difficult to use and the software package costs several hundred pounds.

Ethel - Thanks for the help. I 'made' a personal website a couple of yours ago using Publisher and apart from a couple of problems uploading it the whole thing was pretty straight forward.

I will give this a bit of thought - as you say it may cost a lot of dosh.

I will return in due course with another question - I am back to A&N to laugh at other people's funny cat stories.
