Hi there.

I've got a Toshiba laptop with a 15" widescreen, and i'm trying to connect it to an external 19" LG monitor, and use that as the main monitor. Even if I try using the native resolution, it just doesn't look good, the picture is always off to one side or looks too big for the screen, I figured out how to connect to the monitor, it just looks really bad, what I want is an exact replica of what's on the laptop screen, but on the 19". The monitor doesn't have controls to move the image manually, it's just got Phase and Clock functions, along with all the other options.

Any help would be great

Thanks

The phase adjustment should move the image left and right. Also try adjusting the refresh rate - should be around 60Hz if it's LCD
