veritas alarm

hi,
got a problem with our veritas alarm system it just wont set you put the pin in and then press full or part and all it does is go eeeeeeeerrrrrr and not set any ideas whats wrong??

Sounds like your code isn't in the alarm anymore, try the default code, 1111 or 1234, or 0123....
