Does anyone know how to use a Switchmaster 980? We have one in our flat and assume it controls the central heating, but we have no idea how to use it. We want to have the heating come on for short periods in the evening, but can't work out how to do it with this device.

Not sure if this is the right section, but nothing in Home/Garden really fits.
