Defragging

I can't defrag my desktop. I have always had this problem. I have recently tried doing it through Norton and it comes up with the error that my C Drive is locked. HELP. Thank you.

Try http://www.executive.com/diskeeper/diskeeper.asp It is widely heralded as the best defragger out.

It is best to defrag in Safe Mode. This stops other programmes interfering with the process. Try it in Safe Mode.
