after reformatting my pc and changing everything to english keyboard, every time i booy up it swithes back to us keyboard
i have change it back in control panel at the regional settings but to no avail
where im i going wrong

shift - alt - scrlk
at the same time?

Click regional and language options in control panel.
Click details, click English United States, Click remove.
