Top oven & grill are controlled by the same control knob.
Grill lights & works fine but sometimes it will not switch off!!
Oven light fine but the gas flame does not increase when knob is turned.

I suspect supply valve must be faulty.

Help please.

the grill not turning off could be a problem with the tap, needs stripping and greasing (by a corgi gas engineer)

if the ovens not coming up to full flame then its usually the flame supervision device that needs replacing although given the problem with the grill which is off the same tap it could be the tap at fault.
