no!

and not that heavy either ;0)
It can certainly have an effect, yes.

Never underestimate the effect 'fat days' or 'thin days' can have on one's mood.

I'm sure I never look any different to anyone else a few pounds either way, but you just feel it don't you.

It never stops me eating though!
yep went on wii fit this morning, really peed off. I was same weight as I before I went on holiday when I came back even after all that food. And now I'm back I've put on 4lbs!!!
Get rid of them... problem solved.

Good mood? The scales were kind to you this morning then?!
Morning Bathsheba , good scale reading today then I take it ? Hee , mine only appear once a week because I had to throw them out as I was sick of the constant same result.
However , my son bought a new set that does everything except serve a healthy refreshing drink .
bigmamma what do you mean sick of same result, do you want to put weight on then?
Question Author
Yes mamma + snagged- good reading today!
Tee hee @ knonos' little un :-)
Are you sure you read it correctly... 11 and 17 can easily be mixed up at a glance ;-))
It is actually recomended that you don't weigh yourself everyday. Once a week is fine.
If you did it on a Monday, it wouldn't matter if it was a bad reading anyway....
:-)

8st 6 actually :-)
Blimey... what you worried about then? A strong gust of wind and you'll blow away!
Quite a small person then are you?

8st 6? I wish.....

I was that once, about 22 years ago. Oh how I wish I had appreciated it then. I really was quite lovely, but you never think so at the time do you?
