I have Outlook with BT/Yahoo as my ISP. I prefer Outlook for e-mail but when I click on send/receive, although I receive e-mails with no bother, it also tells me that I am sending TWO messages, which I am not..! This, in turn, restricts me in sending anything other than simple text messages. The helpline are no help at all, and their suggestions to remedy this problem do not work. Can anyone help please ?

I changed to virgin for mine and never have any probs.
Your question is a little confusing - you say you have Outlook, but you also mention clicking the send/recive button. Outlook doesn't have a send/receive button, but Outlook Express does.

Which program are you using?
