I also use Spybot S+D and i also have had this happen. Its not a problem. If you are doing a scan immediately after the first scan is finished just to see if everything is gone, you may find that some entries are still there. This is because Spybot can not always delete everything the first time. Simply delete it again. The things Spybot finds can get into your computer very quickly depending on what you do with your computer. So if you mean that it is still there the next day after everything has been deleted, that too is perfectly normal.
Apologies for stealing your thunder on the other question Potatoman. My first visit to the web site and we probably issued the same answer simultaneously. I googled on your question and found this:- http://www.askmehelpdesk.com/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi?board=com puters_for_beginners;action=display;num=1082096807
